Clinical Music Psychotherapy and Music Therapy Approach

Notes By Amy operates under an Eclectic Model of Music Therapy and Psychotherapy Provision. This includes an approach informed by humanistic & transpersonal psychology, community music therapy, Neurologic Music Therapy, clinical music improvisation, Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Our team works collaboratively with our clients to establish  goals and to implement the most suitable aspects of our approach to ensure successful and beneficial clinical outcomes.
